Gudeg

Very true if gudegadalah typical foods of Jogja. This food is made from young jackfruit cooked in coconut milk. It took me hours to make this dish. Normally produced by the brown color of teak leaves are cooked simultaneously. Jackfruit and eaten with rice and served with thick coconut milk sauce (areh), chicken, eggs, tofu and sambal goreng krecek.
There are many different variants of warm, among others:

  • Gudeg dry, which is served warm with areh thick, much thicker than coconut milk in the food field.
  • Gudeg wet, which is served with warm dilute areh.
  • Gudeg Solo, namely that arehnya warm white.
